Unfortunately, all kids get sick from time to time. We are happy to take care of your kiddos even when they’re not at their best. Going to the doctor can be scary, especially when you don’t feel good. But it doesn’t have to be. We will do our best to make the experience as pleasant as possible.

We are excited to offer walk-in appointments for sick visits from 7AM to an hour before closing Mondays-Fridays

We are so excited to be able to offer mental health therapy in office for our pediatric patients. Therapy can be helpful in treating concerns of anxiety and depression. It can also be helpful to help teach skill related to time management and focusing. We can also help with bullying and/or interpersonal issues, communication skills, difficulties related to family discord, and help improve emotional dysregulation.

In cooperation with community based mental health providers, we evaluate and treat children for behavior concerns and school problems including:

1. Inattention and lack of focus

2. Anxiety

3. Depression

4. Aggression

5. Irritability with Autism

Kids First Pediatrics is now offering diagnostic autism assessments for children aged  14-47 months. 

We're currently providing this essential service exclusively for our patients. Assessment consists of 3 separate visits:

1.  Review of development and history

2. Testing

3. Follow-up and discussion of results and next steps.

Our trained professional staff will do the initial evaluation if you think your child is having problems with focusing and attention.  We also continue to treat your child after the initial diagnosis has been made. 

Our practice provides a comprehensive asthma and allergy management program for our patients. Our pediatricians are trained in the diagnosis and management of childhood asthma and allergies.

Regular physicals are an important part of preventative pediatric care. Getting your child an sports physical gives the doctor the opportunity to examine your child, evaluate their health and fitness, and determine whether or not they are prepared for sports or school activities.

Has your child had a well check appointment in the past 12 months?  If so, your child's doctor can fill out their sports forms.
